Practical Kindness for Life’s Hardest Moments

Voice of Kindness equips everyday people with simple, skill-based tools to recognize distress, respond with care, and guide others toward Hope, Help, and Healing.

Kindness has the power to restore those facing crises.  Every person needs to be understood, and every person needs to be validated.   In the same way crises in people’s lives come in stages, waves, or layers, kindness can counter the crises at all levels. You may be the connection someone needs--- one who is willing and available to show genuine Kindness.  You might plant the seed of Hope during one phase of someone’s journey, while another person may help soften the impact of adverse circumstances. Someone else might provide a fresh perspective amid layers of conflict. Your presence—sometimes even your silence—can guide a friend toward safety.
